Grace N. Miller, NRP, EMSI

Ms. Miller brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the field of emergency medical services (EMS). With roots in the Ozarks of Southern Missouri / Northern Arkansas, Grace relocated to embark on her EMS journey at Metropolitan Community College (MCC) in Omaha, Nebraska, where she obtained her Medic License in 2015. 

Since then, she has seamlessly transitioned between clinical practice and education, serving as an adjunct instructor at MCC in Omaha while pursuing full-time employment in the private sector. Seeking to enhance her skills and broaden her scope of practice, she ventured to New Orleans, Louisiana, in 2018, where she joined the esteemed team at New Orleans EMS. In 2021, Ms. Miller was recruited by MCC to return to Omaha and assume a faculty position.

Her contributions to the EMS community extend beyond the classroom, as she continues to serve as a paramedic in the ER at Community Medical Center in Falls City, Nebraska. 

Grace’s commitment to excellence is evident in her comprehensive knowledge of EMS practices and her dedication to teaching and patient care. She holds instructor certifications for a wide range of EMS specialties and has completed advanced training through the Critical Care Paramedic Program at Creighton University. 

With a passion for lifelong learning and a deep respect for the diversity within the EMS profession, Ms. Miller is a valued member of the healthcare community, dedicated to delivering high-quality care and education to patients and providers alike.
