Blake Rikard is a Program Manager on the Stakeholder Relations Team at the National Registry of EMTs. He works to develop partnerships with key stakeholders, including State EMS Offices, EMS Employer Agencies, and EMS Educational Programs. Blake is a Nationally Registered Paramedic and has worked in numerous EMS roles throughout his career, including serving as a Field Training Officer, Paramedic Supervisor and Chief Clinical Officer. He is a graduate of Columbia Southern University.
