Jaime Wesley

Jaime Wesley is a Critical Care Paramedic with nearly a decade of experience in high-acuity, fast-paced prehospital medicine. She has spent her career not only working on the truck but also shaping the future of EMS through education, protocol development, and quality improvement. As a Field Training Officer, she has played a key role in training new generations of providers and refining prehospital care.

With a bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology, Jaime brings a unique perspective to critical care and patient management. She earned her Paramedic and Critical Care certifications through Columbia State Community College and Vanderbilt LifeFlight. She is also a co-founder of Life and Sirens, an EMS education and advocacy podcast dedicated to pushing the profession forward.

Jaime is passionate about elevating prehospital medicine—blending clinical expertise, real-world experience, and education to ensure providers are prepared for the moments that matter most.
